SEO mentoring to step out of execution and own the decision
The most common situation among people who come to me is this: they can handle the technical diagnosis on their own. What gets stuck is prioritizing without a reference, defending the decision in front of leadership and knowing when a market recommendation does not apply to their case.
An audit does not reach that point, because what is stuck is not on the site. What solves it is support over a full cycle.
Who it is for
Three career moments where this works
Analyst
You became responsible for all of SEO
The results are now on you and there is no one above to validate the choice. What is missing is prioritization criteria, and criteria do not come from a handbook: they come from running the operation and correcting course.
Coordination
You need to defend budget with leadership
The team executes, leadership asks why this instead of something else. What is missing is the vocabulary to translate a technical decision into a business consequence.
No senior peer
You are alone in the role
There is nobody in the company to review your analysis before it becomes a decision. What is missing is a review from someone who already got this same choice wrong and saw the consequence.
Formats
Individual or group SEO mentoring, chosen by where you are now
Individual
Three-month cycles
Live sessions, a task between one session and the next, and follow-up on what you applied. The agenda is your case: your site, your meeting, your decision next week. It works when the problem is specific to your operation and you need an answer for it.
Group
Groups of 15 to 25 people
Live classes, exercises, case studies and Q&A sessions. One person’s case serves the others, and a good part of the value is seeing problems you have not had yet. It works when you want a repertoire of situations and learn better from other people’s mistakes.
Individual cycle
How the decision changes hands over the cycle
At the start, the review weighs more. By the end, you are the one who prioritizes and defends the decision, with your own criteria.

Where mentoring helps and where it is not the way
A good fit when
- There is someone in the company to execute, and the doubt is about direction.
- You already have a technical foundation and need prioritization criteria.
- The decision will need to be defended to people outside the field.
Not a fit when
- The site needs a full audit, with crawling and log cross-referencing. In that case the way is consulting.
- Nobody in the company has time to execute what comes out of the sessions.
- The expectation is that I take the keyboard and write the tickets for you, instead of learning how to do it.
Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask me
What is the difference between mentoring and consulting?
In consulting, I do the diagnosis and deliver the prioritized list. In mentoring, you do it, and I review, point out what was left out and discuss the order. Consulting fixes the site. Mentoring builds the criteria of whoever will keep fixing it after I leave.
How does pricing work?
The price goes in the proposal, after the initial conversation. It changes with the format, individual or group, and with the length of the cycle. In the conversation I tell you which format fits where you are now and send in writing what is included and what stays out.
Do I need to work in technical SEO?
No. Mentoring is for analysts, coordinators and leaders in SEO, content and product. What changes is the agenda.
How does it start?
With a thirty-minute conversation, at no cost, so I can understand where you are and tell you which of the two formats fits. If neither fits, I will say so right away.
Tell me where you are getting stuck
Thirty minutes, at no cost. You tell me where you are, I tell you which format fits and, if that is the case, I tell you neither does. Being frank in the first conversation saves time and budget on both sides.
